    So,
After few troubles of blog on wordpres and so on , I’ll write my impresions on the visit I had within our project, in England – Rushmoor, Aldershot, Farnborough and London.

The first two days I explored the activity – as organization and ongoing – of what CAB (Citizens Advice Bureau) means. What impresed me most was how many volunteers works for CAB.

My coleagues from England can give many details of organization way, but this is what I can say – an independent structure which offers support for anyone asks for it – informations, advice, suport in problems solutions -, and the most important thing is the way informations, suport goes. Everything is profesional, standardized – in deed is an aspect that can be over in any initiative for helping people – including in a initiative of “One Stop Shop” type.

Almost 7 days I’ve worked in Rushmoor region back and forth between Farn…, Aldershot and Rushmoor. I attended on interviews for “casework”, on instructions sesions for volunteer – the one who were about to become advisers, I had meetings with Rushmoore Council, Voluntary Service, Rotary Club reprezentatives. About this meetings conclusions, reported to my visit objectives, I’ll write in a subsequently post.

  2. Hello. I’m in England for few days already. I have some problems with my laptop, so it is my first post here. I will be attending soon, less than an hour at a counseling session at the Aldershot CAB. All the things here, in Rushmore CAB are veryi nteresting and I am are impressed by the large number of volunteers working for the CAB and all manner of organizing the activity. I’ll be back :) Mihaela
