Flowchart is an exchange programme among several civil society organizations providing information and advice to European citizens about their free movement rights. The project is run by ECAS- European Citizen Action Service, in partnership with ACCEM (Spain), Citizens Advice (UK), FOCUS (Italy), NACAB (Romania), S.T.E.P. (Northern Ireland) and UCAB (Poland).
Skills and knowledge transfer among organizations would naturally lead to improved, more multi-lingual services to European migrants (information systems, feedback mechanisms, mutual learning on common themes for advice etc.).
This blog includes the diaries of the 12 participants in this exchange programme, taking place between 15 June and 31 July. They will write every day a post or more based on their experience at the work placement.
